Amazing 70’s halter dress with matching hood/scarf. Beautiful pattern and colors with a low cut stretchy elastic back and slinky silhouette. Ties at the neck. Mostly likely a rayon blend- it has some stretch in the fabric.
Estimated to be a size small.
