Shipping policy

Shipping & Insurance:

• All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Insurance can be added at buyer's request.

• In the event of loss or damage during transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We will provide you with all necessary documentation to support your claim.

• A tracking number will be provided once the shipping label is created, allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress.

• International shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. Please allow additional time for international orders to pass through customs. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply. We are legally obligated to declare the actual value of any goods sold. Custom fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
